Welcome to week 3. It has been a busy couple of weeks doing all the children's maths, reading and spelling testing. The children have settled well. Catherine and I (and the other staff members) have been lucky enough to be receiving some pd on positive behaviour for learning called 'The Incredible Years Programme'. If you have been into the room on these days you would have met Jacqui Porter who is doing our relieving. We do try very hard to have the same reliever for consistency. Remeber to book your time for the Goal Setting Interviews for next Tuesday and Thursday. You can book online at http://www.schoolinterviews.co.nz/, and school event code is WXWR5. Please note that I will be doing the Tuesday night interviews and Catherine doing the Thursday night ones, however we will be getting together to run through what we think appropriate goals will be for your child.
